Trip Amplifiers
The range of Trip Amplifiers manufactured by Industrial Interface include loop powered trip amplifiers for 4-20mA signals and trip amplifiers with universal inputs and software configurable relay alarms. Input types include mA, Volts, thermocouples and RTD probes as well as slide wires and other potentiometers. Some of the trip amplifiers are suitable for SIL1 and SIL2 safety applications and have been used throughout the process industries. The new 4002ALM-6 trip amplifier has a universal input stage, two programmable relay outputs and can be fully programmed through the 4 digit LED display on the front panel. Please contact us if you can't see an immediate fit for your application as I'm sure we'll have a solution somewhere in our range.

4002ALM-6 Universal Trip Amplifier
£274.77
The 4002ALM-6 has been designed to perform virtually any Trip Amplifier function 'out of the box'.
With input types including mA, volts, thermocouples and RTD's and others and a re-transmitted 4-20mA or voltage output as standard, the 4002ALM-6 has every feature required built-in as standard.
Functions such as latching, delay on, delay off and power on delays can all be called up from the built-in menus, no PC software or programming is required.
The power supply can be anything from 16 to 30Vdc.
For AC Powered applications a DPP30-24 PSU may be used
£184.51
The 2002ALMHL is a dual setpoint Trip Amplifier which can accept inputs from any mA or voltage source and provides two alarm relay outputs.
The setpoints are adjusted using potentiometers on the front panel and can be measured using a 0-10V signal on the setpoint terminals. The power supply can be 24Vdc or 24Vac and the relay outputs are mains rated.
2002ALMRTD Dual Trip Amplifier
£184.51
The 2002ALMRTD is a dual setpoint Trip Amplifier which can accept inputs from virtually any RTD sensor such as a PT100 and provides two alarm relay outputs.
The setpoints are adjusted using potentiometers on the front panel and can be measured using a 0-10V signal on the setpoint terminals. The power supply can be 24Vdc or 24Vac and the relay outputs are mains rated.

The 2002ALMTC is a dual setpoint Trip Amplifier which can accept inputs from virtually any thermocouple or mV source and provides two alarm relay outputs.
The setpoints are adjusted using potentiometers on the front panel and can be measured using a 0-10V signal on the setpoint terminals. The power supply can be 24Vdc or 24Vac and the relay outputs are mains rated.
20-ALM Loop Powered Trip Amplifier
£100.77
The 20-ALM is a unique loop-powered trip amplifier which can be wired into any 4-20mA loop and provide a single N.O or N.C alarm relay output.
The setpoint is set using a front panel potentiometer and can be checked by measuring a 0-1V signal on the setpoint terminals. Two relay types are available, one suitable for DC voltage switching and the other for switching higher AC voltages.
